HURT! has been a nice addition to our group to further our initiative of open access. One challenge internally at times has been "how many of these potential patients would have called to schedule anyway?" which is fair, but I rebut with we don't know for sure, but we are definitely capturing additional patients who would have otherwise gone elsewhere. Hurt! has also been a novel differentiator in our marketing efforts and community outreach to offer something different from our competitors.
